Statistics Department

History and Mission

The Department of Statistics of the Persian Gulf University started its activities in 2000 and due to the quantitative and qualitative development, in addition to the field of statistics, in two majors (mathematics and socio-economics) as well as a doctorate are engaged in training. It is a specialized and committed force. Currently, 8 full-time faculty members are active in the training activities of the company group.
